Our 1 year warranty is in addition to, and does not form part of, any other companies terms and conditions of sale or return policy. It is valid from the date that the item was purchased and is non- transferable. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Our 12-month warranty does not cover any goods that are faulty due to fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the prior approval of us.
The first thing to do if you would like to make a claim under this policy is to contact us either by phone or email. Please be ready to provide us with detailed information including photographs if possible, as to exactly how the item has developed a manufacturing defect. This will help us advise you as to the validity of your claim prior to the item being returned thus saving you time and money.
For a manufacturing defect to be present your item must be physically different in some way to all of the other non-defective items of that type we have in stock.
You will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
In the event that the item is replaced or repaired under warranty we will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
If you return goods because you think they are faulty you may be liable for the cost of the shipping for the item to be returned to you in the event that the goods are not in fact faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse a 12-month warranty guarantee claim until any outstanding monies owed to us by you are paid.
