1 Year Warranty – Terms & Conditions

This 1-year warranty is offered by Edesia Espress Ltd in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. It does not form part of any other company’s terms and conditions of sale or return policy.

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and does not extend if a repair or replacement is provided.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. A manufacturing defect means a fault that causes the item to perform differently than intended, compared with other items of the same type.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover goods that are faulty due to:

  • Fair wear and tear

  • Wilful damage, accident, or negligence (by you or a third party)

  • Use not in accordance with the intended purpose

  • Failure to follow instructions provided by us

  • Alterations or repairs carried out without our prior approval


How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us first – by phone or email. Please provide details of the fault and photographs if possible. This helps us assess whether your claim is valid before you return the item.

  2. Return shipping – You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please clearly mark that it is being returned for repair. We are not responsible for import taxes arising from incorrect customs declarations.

  3. Drop-off option – You may deliver items in person, but for logistical reasons we cannot process returns while you wait.

If the item is found to be faulty under warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. If the item is not found to be faulty, you may be liable for the cost of return shipping back to you.


Repairs and Replacements

  • Repairs will be carried out on a like-for-like basis in line with the original specification of the item.

  • Any non-standard components or modifications requested by you during repair will be chargeable.

  • If an item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction in line with your statutory rights.

  • We aim to assess warranty claims within 5–10 working days of receipt and complete repairs or replacements as quickly as possible.


Other Conditions

  • We may delay the return of repaired/replaced goods if there are unrelated outstanding monies owed, unless otherwise required by law.

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
