Delivery Information

Domestic Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 14:00 (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched next working day.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We provide free economy shipping on most UK orders using Evri. We may have to charge a small premium if you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly.

 

Do you offer faster deliveries?

Yes, we offer a selection of couriers for a small additional fee including Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 & Parcelforce 24.

 

Can you guarantee my delivery date? 

Unfortunately not, there are so many factors that are outside of our control when it comes to deliveries.

 

My order has been delivered late, can I get compensation?

We will always try our best to ensure we ship orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to get compensation from the couriers we use for late deliveries. We are therefore unable to pass anything on to you

 

I've decided I no longer want the item after it has been shipped. Can I reject it when the courier tries to deliver it to me so I can get it returned to you for free?

Couriers often charge us when this happens. If an item gets sent back to us because you have simply changed your mind, or there was a problem with the delivery address you supplied us with, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of having the item returned to us from the amount of money we refund you. That being said, we understand that situations like this can be complicated and are happy to review each occurrence on a case-by-case basis.

All our items are shipped from our warehouse in Coleshill, Warwickshire, UK

 

Which shipping service will be used?

We use a company called Landmark Global which is a subsidiary of the Belgium Postal Group (also known as bpost)

 

How long does shipping take?

Most items should arrive in 1-3 weeks however this will vary depending upon:

  • Where in the world you are located
  • The efficiency of your national customs department
  • The efficiency of your local, regional postal service
  • Your geographical location within your country
  • The time of year you make your purchase. Christmas, New Year, Easter etc. items may take longer to arrive.

 

Is the shipping service used fully tracked (end-to-end)?

Yes, all items shipped internationally from our own website are always shipped using a fully tracked service.

Will I be responsible for import duties & taxes?

Yes, Edesia Espress are not liable for any import duties or taxes that may result from your purchase.  We reserve the right to deduct our outbound shipping costs from any refund you are owed if the item is returned to us because you have simply changed your mind or you failed to collect the item.

 

Why don’t you ship to my country?

Our delivery destinations are dependant upon the countries serviced by the international courier we use.
