Orders received before 14:00 (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
We provide free UK shipping on all orders using either Royal Mail 48 or Hermes (delivery 2-5 working days).
Orders with a value of over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 24 signed for, ParcelForce 24 or DHL at our discretion.
Orders with a weight of over 2kg will be sent by ParcelForce 48 or Hermes at our discretion.
For now we only accept PayPal as payment option, however in the future we might integrate additional ones
We offer a 30 days return policy from the date of receipt for unwanted goods. These items must be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition (not used, damaged, opened etc) and be in a suitable condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Upon receipt of the returned goods to Edesia Espress the item(s) will be inspected to ensure suitability for resale, so you can receive a full refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We offer a 30 days return policy from the date of receipt for faulty or damaged goods. Upon receipt of the return to Edesia Espress the item(s) will be inspected and either a replacement or refund offered. The decision of which will be at our discretion. Please note that consequential losses are not covered.
Packaging and Shipping your Return
Please note that any returns are made at your own cost.
You must ensure that returns are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our return address. You must include the invoices / returns form in your package, this is vital to ensure that we can identify that the items are yours and that your refund can be processed correctly.
You are responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you. You are also responsible for any return items lost in transit so please remember to retain a proof of return from the courier.
All refunds will be issued back to the card/payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
