We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return unwanted items for a refund.
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
If items are returned damaged or not in resaleable condition, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
If your item has a manufacturing fault or was incorrectly described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
We may refund return postage, but only if agreed with us in advance and the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
If the fault appears within 1 year, please refer to our 1-Year Warranty.
A manufacturing defect means the item differs physically from other items of the same type we stock.
Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos of the packaging and damaged item.
Once confirmed, we may issue a full refund or ask you to return the item to us.
Returns are at your own cost unless we’ve agreed in writing to cover it.
If you believe we should cover the return postage, you must notify us before purchasing a return label. The cost must be reasonable and proportionate.
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement for return postage costs that are not agreed in advance or that are excessive.
Please ensure:
The item is securely packaged.
A copy of your invoice is included so we can identify your return and process your refund quickly.
You are responsible for any damage in transit due to inadequate packaging.
You are also responsible for items lost in transit if not properly tracked.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your bank to process the refund.
